This company is a complete joke.
This company is a complete joke. On September 26 I placed an order for $265.79 with my MasterCard. They canceled it saying they couldn’t verify billing info even though I use that card everywhere without issues. They still hit my card with two $1 authorizations before canceling. On September 29 I placed another order for $234.23 using my Amex Gold through Apple Pay. Apple Pay shows the charge approved. Amex confirms FragranceX placed the authorization. But FragranceX never generated an order number, never sent a confirmation, and every time I contacted them they kept pointing back to the wrong order like idiots. I even sent screenshots showing the exact date and amount of the $234.23 charge and they still couldn’t figure it out. So now they’ve tied up my money with no order, no products, and worthless customer service copy-pasting the wrong info. I had to escalate this to Amex, who flagged it for dispute and is monitoring the charge as merchant abuse. FragranceX charges cards without creating orders and then pretends nothing happened. They are incompetent and shady. Do not use Apple Pay on their site because their system can’t handle it. Stay far away from this company.

Hi Drew! 😞 Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you described. We completely understand how upsetting it is to see pending authorizations without receiving an order number or confirmation. Please know that our validation process is a required security step on both ends to protect customers and our company. We have been following this procedure for several years, and in most cases the approval code can be quickly obtained with a simple call to your financial institution. This usually allows the order to be released without any delay. We truly hope to have the opportunity to serve you in the future under better circumstances. If you have more questions or need further assistance, please reach us anytime at [email protected]!

FragranceX - NOT 100% Authentic
I bought 4 perfumes and one of them is fake. Not just “smelled fake” but really fake fake. Club de Nuit by Armaf perfumes have a chain and mine was cut when i opened the box, implying that it was just refilled and the guy who did it probably didnt bother to cover it up. I checked the batch number and it was also invalid. When i reached out to them they said if i return it, they will send a refund. But i cant because shipping rate (from my country) is more than the cost of the perfume so its useless. Then they offered nothing other than that. 100% authentic is false advertising so buyers be cautious. If you are in the US maybe you can take a risk. But for us international clients, you’ve been warned.

No longer value
You advertise 15% off, then add it back on in tax. What's more you charge $42.00 for delivery? For two bottles?! You used to be good, will look elsewhere now. You no longer give the savings I've come to expect and are no longer cost effective.
Response from FragranceXNov 20, 2025
Hi Sho! We are very sorry for the confusion. Please note that taxes are not determined by us but are set by the local government of the destination where the order is being delivered. Shipping fees can also vary depending on the country and the total value of the purchase. If you need any further assistance or would like us to review your order details, please feel free to email us at [email protected]!

Rude Customer Service
Rude Customer Service - ACE Purchased the item online & received an email that I would need to provide an authorization code. Called you asked for verification (more like interogation) My bank charged me & the customer service informed that due to overseas card not able to proceed hence it needs to be cancelled. Ridiculous answer given. When you cancelled simultaneously you send notification. Simply nothing being forward. Customer speaks very condencending tone. Rude!
