I ordered two fragrances from FragranceX (Order #71138188), and what I received was extremely disappointing and concerning. The products appeared to be counterfeit — the scent was harsh and faded within minutes, the liquid was murky/cloudy instead of clear, and the packaging and bottle details didn’t match genuine versions. I contacted customer support with photos, videos, and side-by-side comparisons. They eventually agreed to accept a return, but I had to pay £29.55 out of my own pocket to ship the items back. After receiving the return, they did not issue a full refund: • I paid £71.40, but they only refunded $70.40, which is less than the original amount. • They refused to refund the return postage, even though the products they sent were not authentic. So I’ve ended up out of pocket, with no products and no full refund. I’ve now had to escalate this through my card provider/Mastercard chargeback process for counterfeit goods.

However, before the return was sent back, we advised that return label costs, taxes, and any paid shipping fees are not refundable. This policy applies to all international orders. We also want to clarify that the Dolce and Gabbana item you purchased was a tester. Testers are meant to arrive without a cap or decorative retail box as stated on our site, though in your case a cap was provided as a courtesy. I ordered Boss Femme perfume and I was happy with it for first several months, however now the fragrance smell completely disappeared, leaving light chemical smell. It is still more than half of the bottle left. For disclosure, the bottle was kept away from sun, heat and humidity. Neither I lost my sense of smell. I approached the company but they said they will not do anything.

Update so I receive a refund which they have deducted at least 20% off my refund also I had to pay 16.50 to return so I have spent 46.00 and have no perfume. I would definitely recommend to anyone not to use this company I wish I had just paid the extra 30.00 and bought the perfume in store

The first refund of USD 152.99 was issued on October 31, and we also refunded the additional deductions you questioned for the amount of USD 28.00 on November 4. Regarding return costs, our return policy explains that while we accept returns, a shipping label may be provided at an additional cost depending on the case. If a label is not provided, the return postage is covered by the customer, and we do not refund return shipping fees. I ordered Angel by Thierry Mugler from FragranceX and very unhappy. The perfume that I received was totally fake! The color of the perfume is green!!! I use this perfume since many years and I do NOT recognize the smell neither the color.

Bought Rasasi Hawas for him and it arrived after 2 weeks of purchase. However when i opened the bottle and sprayed it smelled nothing like a perfume. completely synthetic smell which vanished after 1 hour. Looks like filled with water and soap, nothing else. customer service was bad too. will never buy from them again.
