Asking for an "authorisation code" from my bank
Asking for an "authorisation code" so I can complete the order, after I have already paid for it. This code is shared between banks and merchants but is not usually exposed to customers, you need to contact your bank to get it. Depending on the bank, they may: 1) Be difficult to contact 2) Don't have this code available in their systems easily for support agents 3) Refuse to give the code to customers I have also never been asked for this code in my whole life, for any online purchase. You can see this is mentioned in a lot of other reviews too. So clearly I am not the only one frustrated by it. Maybe they are suffering from fraud, but they are just frustrating regular honest customers with their policy. I should not have to contact my bank just to get my order processed

Hello Hasan, We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We understand how frustrating it can be to contact your bank. This process has been in place in our company for more than four years and it is a security verification meant to protect both the customer and the company. We are glad to see that the approval code was obtained and sent and that your order is now in process. If you have any other questions, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you for your understanding!
