Your order was shipped from our warehouse on 11/10/2025 and it is currently in transit with DPD Laser. International shipments usually take between 4 and 12 business days from the ship date, so we kindly ask for a bit more patience while your parcel moves through the final steps. We have resent the original shipping confirmation email that was first sent to you on 11/10 so you have all the general delivery details again. As per tracking link provided, you will see the parcel has arrived to South Africa and cleared customs. Its currently getting transferred to DPD for final delivery.
