Not a trustworthy discounter.
I ordered six fragrance bottles from FragranceX and only received four. The box arrived with no packing slip, and two items were clearly missing. When I contacted customer service, they kept insisting their internal system showed all six items were shipped and made me feel like I was being accused of lying even though I am a returning customer. Instead of addressing what was actually delivered, they relied only on internal records and refused to take responsibility. A trustworthy company should be able to resolve a simple missing-items issue, especially for a small amount like around $50, quickly and professionally. Instead, I had no choice but to dispute the charge through my bank. FragranceX is not trustworthy. I strongly recommend using more reliable alternatives such as AuraFragrance, FragranceNet, or MaxAroma. If you have no choice but have to shop here, avoid placing expensive orders. Because if something goes missing, do not expect a refund or replacement.
