So far very disappointing. I placed my first order with this company just over a week ago and received an email straight away confirming my purchase and that I would receive a tracking number when it was shipped. As this hasn't come I was concerned so emailed them, alas no reply. I have now sent 4 emails over the last week, asking them for status of my order and just to reply to me, so at least then I would no that they are not some bogus scam. Why can't someone in that company simply reply to my email. I'm worried that I've done my money. Its not a good way to shop, especially being close to Christmas and this was ordered in November as a gift with plenty of time to spare....or at least I thought so at the time ☹

Genuine products and excellent service. Great first experience! I found the cologne I was looking for, it arrived very quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend fragranceshop.com. I will certainly be purchasing from them again in the future!

I order and paid for two bottles of Artemisia Panheligon. Finally , after two weeks I got only one. Tried to contact them through their website , no response no phone number listed . It is a scam DO NOT USE

This was my first time ordering from this site, so I was a bit worried about the perfume being a knock-off. This was definitely not the case. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered through Google Express which did a fantastic job..I ordered 2 bottles of pure couture..been wearing it for a few years always buy it at the mall..the first time I order it..it smells like nothing after like 20 seconds..what a waste..never will order it again through fragrance shop..should be illegal to do what they do..watered down lesson I have learned

i wish i could give less than one star. they have the most useless set of customer service, rude and irritating. i would never buy anythig from there. TRASH

Last month I purchased Club de Nuit EDT from Fragrance Shop. Yes, I was a bit concerned after reading all the negative reviews on TrustPilot and, yes, I was worried it wouldn't be a genuine product. But I had no need to fear the worst! The order was processed really quickly and certainly on par with competitors like FragranceNet and FragranceX. It was despatched within 24 hours and, just as predicted, it took about two weeks to reach Australia. I didn't think there would be tracking, but there was - so that was actually really reassuring. So, all in all, I'm very happy to buy from FragranceShop and I've just placed an order for Angel Men Pure Havane at a ridiculously low price. I can't personally fault the service and the prices - so I'm happy and I'll continue to shop there!
