We're so sorry to hear that your bottle of Shalimar isn't smelling the way you expected! We carry only 100% authentic, factory-sealed fragrances, but we completely understand how frustrating it is when a scent feels off. Scent perception can sometimes be affected by factors like reformulations by the manufacturer but we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please send us a message at https://www.fragranceshop.com/contact-us/ with your order details so our team can look into this and assist you right away.

We're so sorry to hear that your recent purchase didn't meet your expectations! We guarantee that all fragrances in our warehouse are 100% authentic, factory-sealed, and stored under strict climate-controlled conditions. Reformulations by fragrance houses or batch variations can sometimes make a scent feel lighter than previous bottles, but we want you to be completely confident in what you receive. Please send us a quick message with your order details at https://www.fragranceshop.com/contact-us/ so our team can look into this and make things right for you.
