It doesn’t smell like the real product. Had this perfume before and this one isn’t the same even though it’s the same kind Do you sell knock offs?
Response from FragranceShop.comOct 18, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to assure you that we only sell 100% authentic products sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers, we never sell knockoffs or imitations. Perfumes can sometimes smell slightly different due to recent manufacturer reformulations, batch variations. We take product authenticity and customer satisfaction very seriously and would love to resolve this for you. Please reach out to our customer support team with your order details so they can look into this issue for you.

I was very satisfied with the delivery and was packed really well with plenty of cushion. I did not, however, like the scent much at all. I tried and tried to like it, but no. The reason I ordered it was because it was said to be the most complimented fragrance in the world....lol....i had to see for myself....im so sorry I didnt like it...but the packaging delivery were number one! Have a great evening 😀 u

I placed my order on September 1st, and today (September 25) I had to go pick it up from Canada Post myself. Seriously, does it make sense for a parcel to take 24 days to arrive? It was originally with UPS, then got handed over to Canada Post.
Response from FragranceShop.comOct 18, 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving your order. The extended timeline was caused by customs processing delays and logistical handoffs between DHL and Canada Post. While cross-border inspections can occasionally create bottlenecks, we recognize the disruption this caused to your delivery experience

It was super easy to order. Only my opinion but would like you to take off the makeup in dropdown if you no longer sell.
