We lost power when a transformer blew at 12 am this morning. We called it in and were told a crew would be out within three hours and that we would get an update via text and email. We called again after not receiving any information. We were told a crew was on another call and would be here by 4 am, then promptly backtracked and said they couldn't provide a time. At 6:30 am with still no power and no update, we called again. They said they would have a supervisor call us. Nobody has called.It's now 7:30 am. If this is how their service is now when there's no storm, just imagine how bad it's going to be if we get a hurricane this year.

FP&l has no reason I looked at their outage map and there's been barely any outages anywhere in our county and we have been without our power for 9 hours in the hot Florida summer with them telling us there are no updates on when we get it back. They have a monopoly over our energy here and they just do what they want. We have elderly people and children in our apartments over 30 units affected. We saw a fpl worker pull up then pull away. It was like a kick in the face. They need more regulations.

Trash raised my bill almost 200 dollars and had my balance paid up to enroll in budget billing and they didn’t do that so now my bill is ridiculously high would give 0 stars if possible

I had an unusual high bill. I keep my thermostat at 78 or 77. Water heater is at lowest setting. Don't live lights on when I'm not in a room. I tried to reach them by phone,totally useless.

Unable to reach anyone by phone or n chat that was able to send me a copy of my past bill and payment. There are no offices in Northwest Florida so there is no way to talk to anyone other than waiting on the phone for 2+ hours and then be told they can't help you.

For years this website has been archaic…slow connection times…password issues…just awful.

They unfortunately are the worst with estimates for repair. Power Been down most of the day & they gave an estimate of 12:45am. Temperature is over 80 and humidity is HiGH! I called to see what’s happening with the restoration ant 12:47sh. They said they cannot do anything till a tree service comes by and trims the tree where the tree already dropped its branches. So I asked how can they give an estimate if they don’t know when the tree service is coming. There’s more details and my home is the only one affected and you can see clearly where they need to reconnect the down cable! Terrible and deceitful/ not complete info regarding repairs
