It was always so easy to pay your bills online. Now it's an hour just to get to your account. It's a close 2nd to having to deal with Comcast. It's not a $17,000,000 investment account, I'm trying to give you money. I don't want to take a vacation day just to pay my electric bill

FP$L Bills keep going up- including hidden fees, and customer service at its lowest. AI recording takes 30 minutes just to wait to get connected to billing to hold for another 45 minutes. A total ripoff.

They steal your money. FPL Florida.Power lights kendall florida i paid two eighty on august 8 and now August 12th I get a letter of saying that FPL power light just disconnecting my light and I have a sick lady in my house. My mom,w disability then the AC at all times and this bunch of thieves. They keep bringing up. They're out of control your company's out of control montoti's password. Monte, tis, that's what you guys are. You guys should be investigated. I'm very disappointed. Somebody should look into this.

We still out power for more the 24 hrs, and the customer service gave a different excuses every time,also closed the case and we still out power,so we are frustrating because the technician couldn’t fix the first time came,they said the another technicians are coming but we still waiting

For hours I tried to add my son's name on the FPL page, a process as simple as adding a person to verify their identity and address required by a government department. The website only has minimal actions that do not allow access to the user's needs. The phones are only attended to robotically, monthly payments do not cover a better operation of consumer assistance...
