Genuinely such a horrible company I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I bought insoles from them almost a month and a half ago AND STILL HAVENT EVEN SHIPPED THEM I messaged the costumer service account multiple times and kept on getting told bs reasons why they haven’t shipped them how hard is it to take some insoles and put them in a box. I mean the insoles are probably decent (I can’t really say since I haven’t got mine) but I would never ever recommend buying them from their website just go to any other online skate store absolutely crazy how horrible my experience has been

If I could give zero stars I would. After having fit issues I was instructed to remold the insoles by customer service. After doing so the heels split in my shoes and gel leak into them. After months back and forth with “customer” service they told me to just keep wearing them because they are “almost broken in”. Garbage insoles and garbage service.

Union Ironworker!!!!! Work on my feet all day, these are by far the best insoles. Walking on clouds while walking the iron. Thanks fpinsoles for saving my feet!🤙

​5/5 Stars - Unmatched Customer Service and Top-Tier Gear! ​I cannot say enough good things about Footprint and their customer service team. I recently placed an order and there was a slight mix-up regarding the insoles for my new Velocity shoes. Not only did the support team reply to me in an incredibly timely manner, but they completely owned the mistake and went out of their way to make it right. ​They essentially "upgraded the upgrade" for me, which completely blew me away. They treated me so well throughout the entire process and really proved how much they actually care about their customers and riders. Between the cutting-edge tech in their footwear and this level of unmatched customer support, I do not ever plan on skating another brand. Highly recommend to anyone looking to save their joints and support an awesome company!

Unfortunately the insoles I Purchased were not the right fit for me as I required custom orthotics. The team and FP insoles were very understanding and worked with me in satisfying my needs. Ultimately I had to return them not knocking the product in any way it just was not helping my condition. The team at FP took back the insoles and gave me a FULL refund. Very happy with the outcome just wish the insoles had worked out for me. Highly recommended customer service!

I had ordered a couple of Gamechangers in the past, which I really enjoyed, but after speaking with someone in the company about more arch support they suggested the Kingfoam insoles, so I gave them a try, and ordered a third pair of Gamechangers for my wife. There was an issue with the discount code working, and the Kingfoam just didn’t feel right when they arrived, so I reached out for support, and was unfortunately dismissed, but I continued trying to get some resolution, and eventually after a week and several various dismissive emails I had to request a supervisor. Once I spoke with this final person they were actual giving me the help and support I was requesting, and some resolution was reached on the matter. I do like these insoles, and I think they are great for skateboarding. However, there is some work for the customer service team to tackle in order to better themselves, and I truly hope they do because it would hate for more people to be dissuaded from this company by less than helpful and argumentative customer service reps. I’d give the insoles five stars, but as a company as a whole based on this past experience and the apathetic, dismissive attitude of the majority of people I spoke with I can only give this three stars as a whole because the minor issues I needed resolved shouldn’t have taken this long nor caused this much frustration.

Best shoes i ever skated, Had a lot of injuries and footpain but with the wider toebox and for Sure the shock absorbtion i can skate longer, jump gaps again and my feet still good after a long day
