4 out of 5 stars, not because the product is bad, but the website seems so outdated and is a mess that it takes a while to navigate. I ended up purchasing two pairs of insoles - One for running shoes and the other for work boots and during the time it is cold, the insoles seem stiff or hard but they absorb the impact from my heel and arch and I appreciate that. I previously purchased some FP Insoles from an online skate shop and those were not it as they were very thin (FluidX and Kingfoam Elite Low), and these were not what I was hoping for or wanting but because I do not find FP Insoles in stores to try them on, I waited until a sale and scooped up two pairs of Kingfoam Elite Highs and both are working out great. To achieve that last star the website really needs to be addressed and simplified.
