The insoles are fine and better than stock insoles without a doubt. I'm not blown away though. I made a few different orders and simply tried to go about returning one of those orders that I paid full price for because I accidentally bought too many and their customer service has been absolutely treacherous to deal with. You can only email them and I've emailed them multiple times over the course of weeks to simply resolve a refund issue. Sometimes they take multiple days to respond. I went through all the necessary steps and provided all the necessary information as requested and they still partially refunded me for the wrong order number. Avoid making a return or initiating a refund with these guys at all costs if you really must make a purchase with them or order through a different shop that carries them instead of directly from their website.

The website is something a 16 year old it nerd could produce. First pair of insoles I got were great. They they changed them and no longer make them. The “direct replacement “ is nowhere near the same and is now causing me extreme foot pain. Update - after posting the review they contacted me and asked me to take it down for a 50% off coupon code.

I wouldn’t know if the insoles are any good because I still haven’t received them. I received a USPS tracking number from FP Insoles and 5 full business days later the status still says that USPS is still waiting to receive the items from FP Insoles. Yesterday I emailed FPI and received a useless automated response with the same tracking number, no explanation, and no additional information. Note that there are no phone numbers found anywhere on their website. I sent another email yesterday afternoon, and still no response as of this afternoon.

I was expecting something with more support vs comfort they are quite comfortable but I play basketball and the support is not there in comparison to my other 15 brands I rotate with UPDATE: the very insole I wrote about 9 months ago just ruptured last week while playing basketball(right insole) is this common?

So, I have an original pair of the Gamechanger Insoles that I have used primarily for tennis for 1.5 years. They were getting a bit worn so I decided to order a pair of the Gamechanger Sport Pro's. I received them on-time as promised. They were shipped "out of the box" which was the first "red flag". Maybe they were a return that went bad? I noticed how I could bend these in half which is not a good sign for an athletic insole. They were much longer than my original game changers so I had to trim the very tips by about 1/4 of an inch off the top. I followed the directions putting them in the oven and walking around in them to mold. I played tennis that evening, and I immediately felt the "lackluster" arch and cushioning from these. I tried them again for another match with the same result. I have been going back with Mike from Customer Support for a week only asking for an exchange (not a refund). After a week of emails back and forth, Mike told me that I trimmed them "too much", and I was not eligible for a return/exchange. This is NOT the way to manage an exchange, and I'm now questioning the "quality" of FP insoles.

I like this company's products but shipping is very slow. They will create a label quickly but then wait until they feel like it to drop orders at the post office. Sometimes they don't actually have the product you want in stock, but let you place an order anyway. You can probably buy their insoles from a retailer like Tactics and have it your hand before they actually ship a website order. Pretty sad. It's not just me either, look the retailer reviews on Amazon. BTW they've always been like this. I cut the company some slack when they were new but they've had plenty of time to get things together at this point. Fact is, customer expectations are different today and they need to get with the program if they want to be taken seriously. Probably time to hire a third party order fulfillment service.
