So far I’ve been very impressed with the platform. Everything is easy to do, populate, edit and promote. Their customer service is very helpful and gave a nice detailed response to my question about apparel quality. I just wish Fourthwall would promote certain stores.

I love how easy is it to navigate and create your own website and set up your store. Thank you for giving creators a free platform to start up their business! Great business model. And also I had ordered samples of the art prints I created and they were great quality and great value, My customers were very happy to get my beautiful prints, too.

Update — September 28, 2026: My YouTube Store has now been restored. Fourthwall has explained that Google's team removed the misrepresentation flag. They also acknowledged the delayed support response and explained that the person leading these issues had been unexpectedly unavailable, and that they're working on better redundancy for the future. I appreciate both the resolution and the acknowledgment of the support problem. I hope the changes they're making prevent other creators from experiencing the same extended lack of communication. Original Review: I really wanted to have a positive experience with Fourthwall. I chose the platform for my creator store and initially had my products successfully connected to and displaying on my YouTube channel. Unfortunately, I've now been unable to display my products on YouTube for approximately three weeks, and the way the problem has been handled has been extremely frustrating. The problems began around the time I made changes involving my store/domain and started receiving emails from Google about setting up shipping information. I contacted Fourthwall for help. After waiting and following up, I eventually learned that my original support ticket had apparently been lost. Since then, I've dealt with problems involving the Google/YouTube Shopping integration and a Google “misrepresentation” issue that has prevented my products from being approved/displayed on my YouTube channel. Last Friday, September 18, I was told that Fourthwall would submit an appeal to Google on my behalf. I understand completely that Fourthwall does not control Google's review process or how long Google takes to make a decision. What Fourthwall does control is communication. I have asked multiple times for a simple status update: Was the appeal actually submitted? On what date? Is it currently pending? Is there anything else I need to do? I still don't have those answers. As a YouTube creator, having my products unavailable on my channel for approximately three weeks represents a real lost sales opportunity. I can't know how many sales I might have made, and I'm not blaming Fourthwall for Google's review process. But after having my original support ticket lost, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect timely communication about what Fourthwall is doing to resolve the problem. Even a brief email saying, “We submitted the appeal on this date and are still waiting for Google” would be enormously better than repeatedly having to ask for information. I like what Fourthwall is trying to provide creators, and when everything was working, I was excited about using the platform. That's part of why this experience has been so disappointing. At this point, my biggest complaint isn't that a technical problem occurred. Technical problems happen. It's that after approximately three weeks without an important sales feature, I still have to chase support for basic information about my own case. I will be happy to update this review if the situation is resolved and the support experience improves.

Hey there - This should now be resolved. Google's team removed the misrepresentation flag, so your YouTube shop is available again. Fair feedback otherwise. Our lead on these issues was out unexpectedly, so we were slow to reply. We're building better redundancy here for the future.

Their shirts are fantastic, but their customer service is very bad in order that I had placed it should’ve been here within a week is going to be on a week and a half before I receive it. I can’t get a hold of anybody. Nobody can give me an answer. I keep talking with the AI all they keep telling me they will communicate you with email. I never receive an email. Makes me wonder when I finally officially get my store going if this is what my customers were have to deal with with orders that are late or incorrectly. If I can’t get a hold of them, how do I know my customers will

The platform was a great place to sell print-on-demand merch for creators until they inplemented a "create merch directly through ChatGPT" and added an AI assistant to the dashboard that was opt-out (as in, it was turned on by default and you had to dig through options to turn it off). GenAI and LLMs are the worst thing to come out of the modern internet. They steal from creatives and use so much power and water that they're literally destroying our planet and marginalized communities. Adding "automatic merch creation" was one of the most disrespectful things they could have done as a platform used by creators. (Customer service made shutting down my shop and getting my final payout very straightforward so a huge thank you to them.)
