The product does not accurately read my heart rate when training, it gives crazy heart rate values like 40 bpm when i am going full out. I thought it might be the strap, and sent a message asking how i buy a replacement strap but i never heard from anyone.

I am facing issue with: The device worked great since I bought it until I installed Frontier Plus for testing, invited by the product team. The new version has updated the firmware on my device and since then many functions are not working anymore, like Breathing rate and Training load. Breathing rate is always 1 to 6 and Training load is always 0. Other functions might not work as well. I uninstalled the test application Frontier Plus, but the device still doesn't work as before. When I try to update the firmware, it says that I have the latest version. I cannot roll back the firmware update done by Frontier Plus. Please let me know how I can fix the problem. I did uninstall and reinstall the initial Frontier X application. I did reset the device. The heart rate monitor is great. It is very accurate for real time heart rate when swimming, cycling and running. I don't know how accurate the ECG / EKG is as I have a heart condition so I don't know if my heart rate is actually irregular as much as the monitor says but I plan to check that out with my EP at my next visit with him. I would like to have the ability to talk to some specialists about my data.

The single lead ECG functionality is great. It's a pain having to have a phone running to get garmin head units to pick up teh Frontier X as a HR monitor. Main issue is the lack of granularity on the abnormal heart rhythm functionality and the inability to turn off specific checks. So if I knoww I have ctopic heartbeats, it would be good to be able to remove ectopics from the stats. The device is pretty useless if there is zero information about the issues it has found
