Had a problem with email as I changed my address and started to get it sorted with FF customer service support. I did minor follow up for months but when reconnected with FF they had my history and helped resolve the issue. Contacting me regularly to ensure I understand what to do. I own a first-generation Frontier X, which has served me well for several years. Unfortunately, the chest strap eventually stopped holding the device securely, making it impossible to use during exercise. Although my device was well outside its warranty period, I contacted Fourth Frontier’s support team to see if they could help. After reviewing my case, they kindly offered to send me a replacement chest strap completely free of charge, including shipping to France. I’ve now received the replacement, and it works perfectly! A special thank you to Sahid for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent communication throughout the process. It’s refreshing to see a company that genuinely values its customers, even years after the original purchase. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

First off let me say that this device was of significant value as I made my 6000 mile bicycle ride across America. Particularly in the desert and the humid southeast or have me the information I needed to ensure I maintained my health even while enduring those conditions. The product is really good. But costly but it has the features worth the money. The belt was made to buy extra unnecessarily and there is no possibility to return it via the store. But after writing to the customer care Sneha helped me with returning the belt and refunded the money. So customer service is good too.
