I’m very disappointed with the Fourth Frontier heart monitor. It constantly drops out and goes blank. Yesterday, for example, it dropped out more than 10 times in a one hour ride. I asked for a full refund and the company totally blew me off!!! It cost over $500 !!!!! It’s incredibly annoying and frustrating. My Garmin never drops out. I recommend against buying it.

Not sure what people are complaining about the fact that heart rate is not connected to garmin devices or wearables. Have to admit that I had from get go an issue on that part, but had grat support from their CS team. Poonam, my contact in my case, was fast and concrete, but above all very friendly. Keep up the great work and of course I would strongly recommend their devices as the relevant data that other brands neglect are there ! Kudos from R&D all the way to customer service !!

An excellent device for measuring heart beats and breathing rates. I have had no problems with the device and believe it to be and very intelligent addition to the chest monitor market. Handy for sports research and fitness assessments and even monitoring medical conditions alike and the support I received from the company was excellent They are good at resolving issues in customer services and work together as a team of engineers and software developers to improve the product design in all areas. I am also looking forward to future developments in the software area and believe the company is one of the leaders in its area of expertise.

This company does things right. They have a unique and performant product that addresses a critical need among a large swath of people. It does medical level monitoring needs of heart rhythm patients and athletes that want all the data about their heart - not just the rate. Their software has improved dramatically in the last year and they are listening to customers. This last part, their customer service, is a strong point for them.

Fourth Frontier offers a product and service that has changed the way I manage my life. I have had Fourth Frontier X2 for nearly four years. It has worked reliably with nearly daily use. It has given me insights into my health which were unable to achieve with any other products. I had encountered a handful of software issues along the way, and support was fast to respond and provide guidance, or take the input to their developers for improvement. After nearly four years of using the unit, the hardware and solution proved reliable and effective, and I have decided to upgrade to the Frontier X Plus. There are no better products and solutions offered than with the customer service that Fourth Frontier provides, if you want to have the best insights into your cardiovascular health and fitness. While I am extremely fit and active, that alone was insufficient. I experience cardiovascular anomalies at times, such as AFib and palpitations, that are related to other aspects of my health. Having a solution that I can trust helps me know that I am managing those other health conditions well.

As an 82 year old former triathlete I've always utilized heart rate training as invaluable. Last year I had a Medtronic AV2 and Watchman implanted and used my Frontier X2 as a guide to track asymptomatic AFib burden. Recently I had problems with the device not charging and re-contacted Poonam Agarwal with whom had helped me previously. After explain all the steps I had gone through Poonam sent me a mail back label to return the device for a replacement. In today's business climate, where people and companies give "promises to deliver", few deliver as well as Poonam and her Frontier team did. She (as the face of the company) deserves and receives 5 stars from a very satisfied customer !! I can't praise Poonam enough for her timely response, clear communication, and willingness to help in a professional manner. Thank you, Poonam, and the entire Frontier Team!

Outstanding support. Great communication and went above and beyond to allow me to maximize the use of the Frontier X plus device. I didn’t realize how inaccurate and delayed my Apple Watch was in reporting my HR during HIIT and other training sessions. It’s a game changer for me as someone who underwent an ablation for SVT(AVNRT). The peace of mind and confidence this device allows is well worth the cost. Highly recommend.

There is no proper app phone connection. The app is not very detailed. The parameter should also compare with benchmark like age waight and tell how I am performing among my fellow aged people.
