I dealt with Karen in member services two times. Both times she helped me with my inquiries, was very sweet, and very compassionate to my situation.

Working with Ms. Candice Minott Stowe was a wonderful experience. She is quite knowledgeable, jovial and professional. All of the tasks that required her expertise were completed with incredible precision. We would definitely work with her again in a heartbeat.

Don't just walk away from this credit union, run! I opened a HELOC with them and it has turned into a nightmare. Without consent, they puchased a 1000 hazard policy saying they couldn't verify my insurannce. I have maintained a zero balance on the HELOC for years and my insurance policy was continuously maintained. Due to an internal error on their end they didn't verify it and went for the cash grab. I've been jumping through circus hoops proving that this policy was unnessecary. By law they must refund it but in the meantime they are marking it as 'late' and jeaopardizing my credit rating. it has also been impossible to get through to someone. (You can get through to customer service, but they'll tell you they can't do anything and to contact the insurance department, which is unreachable.) Calling the number on their letter just results in an automated loop and sending an email also results in an auto reply. I wish I would have done more research before falling for an attractive rate (that didn't last!). My next stop will be opening a case with the regulating bodies

The bank is extremely antiquated and it’s very difficult to pay or draw from your HELOC. Online banking is horrible, you may not make online transfers from your loan account and have to write a paper check, but it takes several days for the check to clear even though the funds are quickly withdrawn from your account. Transfers into your HELOC to pay it down take several days. It’s almost as though they are slowing down your ability to draw to preserve money and your ability to pay to collect interest.

This is a bad organization. The transition to four leaf was terrible. Good luck finding a number and a person to help. The app is lousy..it is had to make additional payments. I would never use this bank again.

I secured a mortgage from Bethpage Federal Credit Union. It was a friendly neighborhood branch, and Joe, who handled my mortgage was wonderful. I used to receive a small calendar from him every year. When the name was changed to Four Leaf, everything changed and not for the better. The credit managers at the credit union decided they wanted to save overhead and not deal with servicing mortgages, so we were thrown to the wolves, and we are now stuck with Cenlar. A fast search on Google will indicate the horribly low customer service ratings Cenlar gets. The credit managers at the credit Union absolutely must have known this. I am outraged that I was pawned off and now get egregiously bad service from Cenlar so Four Leaf could save on overhead. This is not what I bargained for when I secured my mortgage nine years ago. No calendars from Joe. Four Leaf is a much diminished and much less admirable company. Find a better credit union. Stay clear of Four Leaf.

Jacklyn was knowledgeable and communicate well with her customers. After the previous rep. put me on hold and wasn't patient in explaining the accounts I had just opened, I got Jacklyn on the phone with me. She went above and beyond to ensure all went well. Besides explaining the two accounts I had just opened, she further helped me with opening the check account which I was initially wanted but didn't quiet know about how exactly it works. she is the best banking customer service I ever have.
