I have a new wireless PTZ camera and a refurbished floodlight camera. Both cameras work perfectly with the Foscam app and Alexa. I replaced the antenna on the PTZ with a 10’ wireless which allows for better reception and the refurbished floodlight looks and works like it’s brand new. Unfortunately I found out none of their cameras, including the two I already own, will work with the Foscam NVR kit I was looking to purchase. Only the mesh cameras that come with their NVR kit are compatible

I use my cameras to monitor weather and wildlife. They are perfect for both and for nome security.

They let me order a camera that was not in stock. Then they sent an email telling me such 5 days later & asking if I wanted to switch it out with another camera. I have multiple Foscam cameras. all have worked great. My review is for this purchase experience and their customer service at times. Hard to get answers and have to keep explaining everything to new people that respond to email problems or questions. Sometimes repeating what others have asked or not even addressing the issue or question you emailed them about. Also being told that we can't use Chrome with their cameras when I have been using Chrome for some time. Kept wanting me to use Foscam VMS which will only give access to 2 people. We need more for our company.

Camera lacks an internal speaker. However the information says it Has audio. Other then that the camera is a strong 5 …. Great camera.

made a purchase online, 4 days later and i still have no shipping or tracking information. sent an email on day 3 to their customer support, they responded back that i would get my purchase...but no other details of when/if my order was even shipped out. Terrible customer service.
