Foscam USReviews of foscammall.com

Foscam Sdx2 performance is ABOVE my expectations I bought Reolink -R- because of advertising but quickly disappointed, for the same price - $139 - I didn't return R but buy Foscam SDX2 that provides features I need. Here are why: Foscam has continuous live view while R logs off live view after 5 mins, so unable to monitor the view. Foscam has number of presets for cam positions while R has None, so only Foscam has cruiser. Foscam sends snapshot to email while R sends large video file to email that takes time. Foscam can 18x optical zoom and focus adjusted while R has none, optical zoom means snapshot has what you zoomed. Foscam powered by adapter while R by battery. Battery needs to be charged after 45 mins ? Note that battery needs to be replaced if can be replaced and how much?. Solar panel can be used with R that supplies little power if doesn't face South. Conclusion, as security camera user for almost 20y, for the discount price of $139 , Foscam Sdx2 performance is ABOVE my expectations. I don't work for either brand, you may select the camera up on your needs.

your cameras are great but your power supply lasted less than 6 months and you do not back it up, you wanted 10 bucks for shipping new one, I got one for 6 dollars with free shipping. So good camera but no warranty. night not good at all but day great

My online ordering experience was fast, easy, and my Foscam R5 5mp security camera arrived on time with no shipping damage. Excellent!

I don't seem to be able to get the camera to do what it is supposed to do. I ordered the elite program and still can't get it to work.

good products and good customer service.

Aimee was very helpful in getting my camera back on line. Wonderful service! Thank you! Resolved my issue quickly

I ordered two of these. One worked fine the other quit soon after I hooked it up. Customer service was excellent and took care of the problem.

Purchased R5 FOSCAM after taking with the customer support robot person. Was told these ARE able to support 1000BASE-T and the line "2.4GHz Wi-Fi only edition" meant they do not support 5GHz AND I can use a third party app to interact with these cameras. Both of these are false. There is no Ethernet jack nor am i able to use my third party app to interact with this. Just a push to use the FOSCAM app and sign up for cloud services. Also, I'm not impressed by the cameras ability to see screens in the dark. It just looks bad.
