camera WIFI didn't work and was delivered in the rain with no notification. Continuous request to get a return label but nothing was provided by Foscam.

Foscam cameras are affordable, easy to install & configure and the clarity is super clear. The free app is very intuitive and installing a camera is very easy. Just scan in the bar code on the camera and it does everything for you. I have 3 PD5s, an indoor baby/pet camera, and a SD8P. All of them are very good. They all have pan & tilt, a spotlight, voice & sound, motion detection for a human or vehicles and lots of cool configurable settings depending on what you want. I have a memory card in each to record motion. You can also manually from your phone or tablet take a snap shot or video that is recorded on your device. I could go on and on about how much I like Foscam. It is an excellent value and product well worth the money.

Poor communication, nov status updates, worthless

As in the past, very easy to view products and make a purchase.

I tried to contact Foscam at the email provided on the order page for their contact and the email bounces. PayPal could not help as the order was placed as a Guest and they only allow you to contact them if you login to your account which I do not have.

Good product, fair price. Was backordered for several weeks with no notification.

Orderd 2 Foscam Cameras 09/04/2026…as of 09/18/2026 I have not received any shipping or delivery date. No communication and NO PRODUCTS !!! This is ZERO SERVICE ! Disappointed.
