Foscam USReviews of foscammall.com

I tried to contact Foscam at the email provided on the order page for their contact and the email bounces. PayPal could not help as the order was placed as a Guest and they only allow you to contact them if you login to your account which I do not have.

I paid extra to get the camera in 2 days but did not get it for 3 or 4 days. The camera is nice but I cannot seem to set a manual IP address on it. Therefor cannot use it for my application.

1. No user manual 2. Mail can't be configuresd to work with AOL. 3. FTP doesn't work.

Not being able to access the camera via a web page is a major step backwards for me. It is not reasonable for guests to have to load the VMS software in order to see what's on a camera.

Need to be able to record to local disk for ALL cameras FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the solar cams take forever to reconnect!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot get the camera to connect to wifi network. Sometimes it says connected successfully but never see any picture on the App. Other times it keeps saying wifi connection fail.

I still didn't get my software key

I've been using foscam camera for years. These cameras have the worst response. They're so intermittent. They don't catch what it's supposed to catch and I've tried everything, I reached out to tech support with no avail
