I like the cameras! App alerts is awful! Only shows a spilt second motion and leaves out a lot of video with bad quality pictures. Wish their was a better app. Options to choose from! Will not buy any more cameras until I can find a better app. To use

Ordered 2 cams in the last 6 months. Great value for the price and much improved apps to easily get up and running. The cams I bought work seamlessly with Blue Iris. Very happy with my purchase.

Cameras arrived quickly and without damage. My only complaint is that they are not the easiest to get set up as the instructions could be clearer and it took some time to work thru issues to get them connected to my network for viewing and recording. Getting them set up to be viewed outside of my network has proved to be more difficult.

I love the Foscam HT2. It replaced a PTZ cam I bought on Amazon a year ago. It never did work well. The HT2 has a great picture day and night. I'm about to order another HT2 to replace an old Foscam camera on my driveway side. I'm using the Foscam cloud service and it is also great. I replaced a remote storage service which was twice as much money.

I saw the notifications in my existing Foscam app and was able to easily follow the links provided to make my new selection and purchase. The transaction went smoothly and I was also able to quickly remedy an error in my information after purchase within an hour at night through their customer service email support. Package tracking info was provided and delivery on time. I recommend Foscam’s purchasing system.

I purchased a FOSCAM VZ4 4MP Outdoor Security WiFi Camera, a FABD4 junction box and a 4RS camera. Upon opening and setting up the VZ4 I discovered a black spot on the lens of the camera. I attempted to carefully clean it but the spot would not go away. I also did not receive the FABD4. I reached out to support and they replied in less than 4 hours. I confirmed that I tried to clean it in accordance to their instructions and then asked me to send them a screenshot and a quick video of the cam in operation to confirm that the spot does exist and it moves when you electronically turn the lens. After seeing the pic/video Foscam offered to ship me a new VZ4 and either ship back the defective one or simply pay $15 and keep it. I decided to keep it to avoid the hassle of packaging it back up and shipping it. I then told the Foscam rep that I had not received the FABD4 even though it showed my order as "delivered". The rep told me the FABD4 was out of stock and then refunded me for the cost. Once contacted, I was satisfied with the customer service assisting with both items but disappointed that if I had not said anything I would have been charged for the FABD4 and never received it. I am hoping the FABD4 is back in stock soon as I am not going to install the VZ4 until I have it.
