My experience was quite good with forward.me. I have purchased skincare products from Sephora USA, Deciem and Target. and forward.me repacked these three order in one single box and shipped to India. However I received my order within 10-12 days after shipping through FedEx courier. I am glad that I have chosen forward.me and FedEx courier.

I had a problem with the item I purchased, wasn’t able to get in touch with the company i purchased the item from. Then, I did chat with James, he was very responsive and helpful. He communicated with the company for me till I got the correct item! He never gave up and did his best! Thank you, for the support! Keep up the good work!

Fast customer services, but their system is still in development for some features. Added slowly according to user's suggestions. The process of importing goods into Inbox is somewhat slow, it took 4 days or more to get your arrival package into your Inbox. But the reshipment process is fast if you also choose the feature to get in front of the line when making shipment request. Some features cost are also cheap compared to other forwarder. Would gladly use them for now. Hopefully the progress and service can be made faster.

Fastest service! I ordered from couple of stores in the USA to ship my home, Australia. I requested them to combine my shipments and as soon as everything arrived at Forward.me address, they consolidated and shipped next day and I choose to ship by FedEx (which they also provide Fedex express) and I've received my packages in 2 DAYS! It is faster than the other forwarder services I've ever used. It was very well packed and they didn't even forget to include coupons from the merchants. Excellent service!

I purchase lots of collectible items from Ebay and they come in very fragile boxes. Forward.me is super helpful and professional with packaging, they carefully use extra bubbles, wraps so it won't get any damage. They even combine pieces that I want. Super care from super team!! Horrific experience using Forward.me. I found Forward.me looking for a service to ship a new laptop from the US to Mexico. Forward.me said they would take care of everything. Here it is, a month later, and the laptop is stuck in customs because Forward.me did not include the proper form. Their customer service is awful and takes 3-4 days to respond. Not professional at all.
