Forwardme.comReviews of forwardme.com

Professional customer service, very solution oriented Professional team

I recently used Forwardme to purchase items from a US store and have them delivered to Saudi Arabia, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed by how smooth everything was. The store I was shopping from didn’t accept international cards, so I went with Forwardme’s Personal Shopper service. The process was easy — I just sent them the product link and some basic details, and they took care of the rest. I received regular updates about the order status, and the communication was clear and timely. Once the item arrived at Forwardme’s warehouse, I was able to select from a range of shipping options. I chose a balance between cost and speed, and the package was shipped out quickly. It arrived in Saudi Arabia in great condition, securely packaged and without any delays. Overall, I found Forwardme to be a very reliable and convenient service, especially for accessing US-based retailers that don’t ship internationally. Highly recommended for anyone in the region who wants access to American products.

For years I was looking for someone who could help me filling in the gap for ordering. I love american stores. And there I finally found this company. It had been a joy. The lovely contact with the people. The secure sending. And all the effort responding to my mails. I wished I found them earlier. So happy with them. I can finally order from my favoriete stores. Thanks so much Forwardme!

I recently used Forwardme to order from a US store and have the items shipped to the United Arab Emirates, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Since the store didn’t accept international payment methods, I used their Personal Shopper service. The team was quick to respond, placed the order for me, and kept me updated throughout. Everything was clear and well-handled. Once the package reached their warehouse, it was shipped out promptly. Delivery to the UAE was fast, and the items arrived in excellent condition. I was also pleased with the packaging and the variety of shipping options available. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. Forwardme is a great solution for accessing US-based products from abroad. I’ll definitely be using their service again!

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but Forwardme really impressed me. I wanted to order from a US store that doesn’t ship internationally, and thanks to Forwardme, I got my item delivered all the way to Spain without any hassle. I used the Personal Shopper service because the store wouldn’t accept my card. It worked perfectly — they ordered it for me right away and notified me as soon as the item reached their warehouse. Shipping was smooth and pretty fast. My package was packed well and arrived safely. Import fees in Spain added a bit to the cost, but that’s totally normal with cross-border shipping. Honestly, I’m happy I found this service. It’s super useful for people in Europe who want access to US-only products.

I've used Forwardme.com twice now and can I just say wow, their email notifications keep you informed every step of the way! I'm so glad I can rely on Forwardme.com and I'm in the UK. Their pricing is very competitive and they excel at package consolidation, really helping to reduce the overall shipping weight. So far so good, all packages arrived on time and were delivered safely. The tracking system is excellent and gives me peace of mind throughout the entire shipping process.

First off, the shipping experience from USA to Antigua and Barbuda (Caribbean) through Forwardme.com was remarkably fast and efficient. The consolidation service worked smoothly, and my packages arrived well-protected. However, despite paying all the declared duties and service fees to Forwardme.com upfront, I was hit with additional customs clearance charges from DHL upon arrival, which significantly increased my total cost. It would be incredibly helpful if Forwardme.com could implement a system where ALL fees are collected in advance, eliminating surprise charges at delivery. Despite this issue, I would still recommend Forwardme.com to fellow Caribbean shoppers, especially those in Antigua and Barbuda looking for a reliable alternative to the lengthy delays and unpredictable schedules of Amerijet cargo services. The speed and reliability alone make it worthwhile..

Forwardme made it really easy for me to shop from the US and get my order delivered to Germany. I was especially impressed by how convenient the whole experience was from start to finish. I used their Personal Shopper service because the US retailer didn’t accept my payment method. The Forwardme team handled the purchase quickly, and everything was clearly communicated — no confusion, no delays. My package was shipped out soon after it arrived at their warehouse, and it was delivered to Germany in great condition. The parcel was securely packed, and I appreciated having a few different shipping options depending on how fast I wanted it delivered. There were some import duties to pay upon arrival in Germany, but that’s standard when ordering from outside the EU and not something Forwardme has control over. Overall, I’m very satisfied. Forwardme made it possible for me to buy something I otherwise couldn’t have accessed from here. Definitely planning to use them again.
