Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused, especially when you were counting on gifts for every student. You’re absolutely right that clearer communication around split shipments should have been provided, and a short count on a class set is completely unacceptable. We also apologize that your email to customer service went unanswered. That is not the level of care or reliability we aim to provide, and we understand how disappointing this must have been—particularly given that you’ve experienced a similar issue in the past. We would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this and make it right. Please contact us directly at (800) 642-8885 so we can review your order details and find a prompt solution. Thank you again for your honesty and for your continued support over the years. We value your trust and hope to restore your confidence in us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re so glad to hear that you loved the personalized pencils, rulers, and Oops erasers — but we’re sorry about the mix-up with the pencil sharpeners. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers, especially when you’ve come to expect everything to arrive just right. We’d love the opportunity to make this right for you. Please reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] or call us at (800) 642-8885, and we’ll be happy to investigate and resolve this as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued trust in us — we truly appreciate your loyalty and look forward to turning this around for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the technical issue you encountered while placing your order. We did experience a brief system delay during that time, which has since been fully resolved, but we understand how inconvenient it was to have to call multiple times and deal with duplicate shipments. We’re glad to hear you were happy with the quality of the product, and we truly appreciate your patience as our team worked to correct the error. Your feedback is important to us and has been shared internally so we can continue improving both our systems and communication. Thank you again for your honesty and for giving us the opportunity to make things right!

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this caused—especially during the holidays. Receiving pencils with incorrect names is absolutely not acceptable, and we understand how stressful this must have been when you were counting on them as student gifts. We’re especially sorry to hear that you didn’t feel supported during your conversation with our agent. That’s not the experience we want any longtime customer to have and we are actively reviewing what was communicated to better understand what happened. For clarity, our standard practice when an incorrect order is received is to immediately remake the items free of charge and expedite them as soon as we’re notified. We’re very sorry if that option was not clearly offered or handled appropriately in your case. We would welcome the opportunity to connect directly and see how we can make this right for you. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or call (800) 642-8885 so we can look into this further and help resolve it. Thank you again for your honest feedback—it helps us improve, and we hope to earn back your confidence.
