The product is top quality. First time order and it did not go smoothly but in the end customer service was exceptional.

Great pencils for a good price (I looked at three other providers). There was some confusion at the start about how many lines could be printed, but the staff provided clear and helpful information. Very happy.

The pencils are great and exactly what we needed! I had to sign in 3 different times to get through the ordering process, so that was a bit annoying, but otherwise everything was excellent!

I love my pencils!! I just wish I was able to hear back from customer service. I misspelled one of the names on the pencils so reached out to customer service before it was shipped/delivered, but I did not hear back.

We’re sorry that you didn’t hear back from our customer service before your order shipped, That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our team so we can do better going forward.

Product was great, price was the best I found. I had to email to ask for an update on shipping/delivery date, so communication could have been better, but they responded quickly with the info after I reached out.

There was a mistake in an order placed in November. When I contacted the company I was told the missing items would be sent. But they didn't come. So I contacted them again and was told that the order had been placed but never sent. At that point, they took care of it and I received the order within a week or so. I am only giving a review of a 4 because it took a couple of months for this situation to be made right.

I love the pencils I ordered for my class but I was disappointed that they didn't arrive in time to give before Christmas break. I ordered on Dec. 6 and was assured that my order would be received by December 18 but the didn't. I'll still order pencils for future classes but do so much earlier.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re so happy to hear that you loved the pencils for your class, but we’re truly sorry they didn’t arrive in time for Christmas break. We understand how disappointing that is, especially when you were counting on them for a special moment with your students. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be reviewing what happened so we can do better during our busiest season. Your continued trust means a lot to us, and we’re grateful you plan to order again in the future. Thank you for your honesty and for all that you do for your students. 💙
