Our records show that your order was delivered on 12/24, but we realize that this was after Winter Break and too late for student gifting. Upon further investigation, it appears that there was a technical issue in our system that inadvertently closed your order before it was produced. Once this was discovered, we initiated and expedited a redo that unfortunately was too late. Please know that this is not how we intend to do business and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
