Hi Tammy, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry for the mix up. When this happens, you can either hang on to the extras or send them back to us so we can repurpose them as misprinted items which we resell in bulk. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you'd like to go with the latter option and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label. We can be reached at (800) 642-8885 or [email protected]. Thank you!

We are truly sorry for this experience and take full responsibility for what happened. Your order should have been expedited as promised, and it was not—there is no excuse for that, especially after you ordered well before the deadline and have trusted us for nearly 20 years. We completely understand how disappointing it is to have nothing to give your students on the last day of school, and we regret letting you down for the second year in a row. This is not the level of service or reliability we strive to provide, and we understand why this has shaken your confidence in us. We have reached out to you separately to address this directly and work toward a resolution. Thank you for sharing your experience—your feedback is taken seriously, and we are committed to learning from this and making meaningful improvements.
