I ordered the personalized pens back in November for my class. It got to be the 16th of December and I still had not received the pens. I called about the order. A rush was put on the order and they were shipped to me overnight. I received the pen packs on the 18th of December. Just in time! I truly appreciate your company for doing this. I am a long time customer in my former school district and will continue to be where I am now.
