ForkfulmealsReviews of forkfulmeals.com

Rowena provided prompt and thorough customer service. I also appreciate that Forkful meals are higher protein than most other meal delivery services out there and clean ingredients overall, no seed oils.

The woman on the phone was very kind and did a great job of explaining, and answering all my questions. She was very helpful.

I was really exasperated with the late deliveries that I have gotten Since starting with Forkful. Also, after contacting Forkful for a week to remedy the problems, I finally got Mary who has assured me that I will be taken care of in the future. What a relief!

Do not order from this company. I have had several meal delivery services and this one is the worst. My very first order and it came late on the wrong day. They did not let me know the order was delayed until it didn’t show up and I contacted them. Customer service couldn’t tell me anything so l had to create a ticket. When it did come the order was wrong. I received two meals the same and not one that I had ordered. When I contacted them they asked for pictures. I was never offered a solution for the mix up. I had preselected two weeks of menus in advance. You are charged one week in advance. Some meals are “premium” and cost an additional amount. I was charged the premium amount on one meal two weeks in advance. I cancelled the service and they initially offered me credit on the advanced charge. Credit on a cancelled service? Their final word was that the amount charged for food not received was non refundable. I had to dispute through my credit card company. With the many meal delivery companies available out there, scroll on by Forkful.

I was supposed to get my meals on Sunday, so of course I didn't cook at home. They let me know at 4 pm that they would deliver on Monday! Same thing on Monday again. They said they would deliver by 10:30 but not delivered again. I can not reach them by phone or anything! This is such a scammy company and full of bad reviews. I don't know how they are still running a business. Update: I did get the delivery later on at 12 AM in the night! Afterwards, one of the supervisors from forkful reached out to me to apologise and gave me discounts for my future orders. The food was good and seemed diet friendly.

Top customer service! I spoke with Jude about a warm delivery and he handled it immediately. I live is a really hot area, so it was just an accident. And we paused my account until September. He solved all my problems. Thanks Jude

This company and its rep took the time and effort to make things right for me. The rep, Lenny, was very polite and fair.

Hi! Service from Leny was great and helper assisted me a lot better than the email service. She was able to address my issue in quickly manner.
