Customer service is very nice. The ordering is confusing and takes some getting used to. The food is really good. Overall, very good company.

I filled out a ticket because I needed to change my first delivery (planned a last minute trip). I received a call from a customer service rep shortly after. The agent, Mia, was very helpful and accommodating. The change was made without any fuss.

I spoke to JC as my representative at Forkful Meals. I had an issue with my food box not being delivered over the 4th of July weekend. JC was awesome! She was very courteous and professional, and she took my concerns to her manager. She was able to fully refund my payment back to my bank account - this afternoon management had initially ok'd just issuing a credit back to my Forkful account. Thanks to her efforts and tenacity, after calling me back several hours later. I am receiving my money fully back now. Forkful is great, recommend them to others, and this experience showed that the company and its representatives truly care about its customers, as both time and effort was not absent in my customer service experience. Great ethical company, and nutricious and yummy food too! 😊 Thank you very much, JC!! Will order from Forkful again in the future for sure. Happy customer here today.

It's been a lot of miscommunication with the website and choosing certain meals. The issues with discounts being added as well. It's been frustrating but customer service has been pretty good. I'm glad Kat with customer service was able to assist me with those things. Also Je helped a bit too. Kat has a very kind personality and listened to my issues as well. Would be nice if there was an app that we could use as customers. The website seems a little outdated in design.
