The price and service
The price increase of the medicine and the monthly subscription together are making this set up unbearable. I should be able to get this medicine for $25, but tried you all first to avoid the $500 intial consultation. Now I have spent more than that in 3 months. You aren't reasonably priced and I'm on the verge of leaving. Also, your customer service is only good if I invoke the emergency words.
