While I appreciate the ease of access to GLP-1 with at-home medication delivery and the prompt communication from the AI care team, so far I don’t find value in the Hers program supports. I don’t enjoy the UX of the app at all. I especially don’t like that there is a prompt to”finish intake” that cannot be cleared from my Plan overview without purchasing the $349 “advanced plan” which I don’t need because I see my primary care physician every year for a full physical and blood work. I don’t find the app to be as simple and straightforward as previous weight-loss tools I’ve used like WW and Sequence. So far it has not been a valuable tool for me in my weight loss journey.

I am going out of country for a month and wanted either an earlier refill or another option. After getting the same copy/pasted or AI generated response I was told that they could only hold my auto refill for 15 days and I would have to request another hold after that, which is not possible when I'm travelling and will not have good internet service. I was so frustrated with the lack of understanding my request that I've decided to cancel my subscription.

I was approved on Oct 15th for weight loss pill and they still haven't shipped it. They kept saying it would be shipped soon.now they say there are technical issues.

It took a long time to receive my medication. When I tried to inquire I could only connect with AI chat and my questions were not answered.

I'm really never contacted by anyone. Not even sure I am taking this medication properly as the first month I was on the 1.5 dose and didn't lose a pound. I have now been on the 4.0 dose for a week and barely feeling that lose of hunger. Maybe because I was never a really big eater and it would be almost impossible to eat less.

I am having a challenging time with the adminstartive side of ths subscription. I had cancelled the subscription prematurely and there has been no easy way to fix this. I had to set up another account, pay again, get reimbused and still fill out all the questions again only to be assigned a whole different medication, still asking me for a payment to ship but I don't need it yet. Please fix this!

Hello, I have been using the product for over a month now and have not seen any change in weight loss. I am taking a full tablet of Metformin in the morning and a full tablet of Topiramate in the evening. I am not nauseous and do not feel any side effects from either medication. I lost 2 pounds, then gradually increased. I started yoga 3-4days a week 4 weeks ago and have been very conscious about what I have been eating. I do have a slight decrease in appetite, but I am not seeing any positive changes in my weight . I am not sure this is the right program for me. Also, the app is not consistent. I log into my account, and I am logged out immediately and have to log in again, and I am unable to see my program, and my schedule only goes up to 5 weeks. I am getting frustrated all around.
