If I could give zero stars, I would. I signed up for their membership — the only way to get access to GLPs. Once i was able to access everything, i realized they don't offer compounded versions that allow for dose adjustments. I immediately cancelled the membership and asked for a refund but “since a provider had already reviewed my intake” (yeah, whatever) they won’t refund my $40. I will be putting negative reviews wherever I can now. Additionally, they're saying my subscription still is not cancelled, its not just done through their app i have to make a formal request some other way. The inconvenience of this, as well as unethical business practice is infuriating to me.

Hers has been super unhelpful and their customer service is terrible! I ordered a galleri test and went and got the bloodwork drawn and didn't hear back for weeks. Finally I called and apparently my bloodwork was lost. I didn't have time for several months to go back and get another panel drawn and when I wanted to go back and get the galleri test done, they wanted me to re-pay for the subscription (even though it was in the year and they are the ones who messed up!) $349 and then also pay for the test again. I would absolutely not use them again. My husband and I are in medicine and we both found this platform to not be patient centered and very difficult to get anyone to answer questions or discuss the options etc.

Very crooked company. They are deceptive and try to force larger doses.

Our conversation started on Sept. 20, and today is Oct. 21; I have no gummies left and still haven't received confirmation of the next shipment. I have no idea what they are waiting for. If you haven't started your hair growth journey yet, choose a more reliable company with a real person to talk to. Hers lacks capable customer service.
