Feel plugged in to support
I love the fact that we update our progress with someone and can chat. The delivery has been perfect and so far I'm slooowly losing lbs, which of course is what I'm supposed to do. The only thing that is challenging is that I delayed starting the product (Dad's funeral) and I'd like to reset my 'start' but can only do it for two weeks, and I delayed starting for about 5 weeks after I got my first bottle.

I am happy with the product but was upset when I found out the processing fee was $150 a month after the initial $39. That was not disclosed.

I signed up for health tips and could not cancel
I signed up for health tips and ended up trying a weight loss medication. After more research I decided against using the medication and canceled the subscription, or so I thought. It did not cancel and a 2nd medication was shipped along with being charged again. I have canceled again, this time for both the Hers subscription and the medication. Previously I tried to keep the Hers. This is not for me. And now I am at a loss of $250. The push to try the medication is aggressive. Other options should be utilized.

SCAM alert!!
SCAM alert!!! Initially pleased but an old condition of gastritis began to scream when I took Wegovy - the minimum dose. I had to stop and lost no weight in 3 weeks. So I cancelled my subscription, or so I thought. They charged me $99 for a membership fee which they now are saying was for writing to them asking to stop my subscription. It's a SCAM!!

I never thought I would qualify for a…
I never thought I would qualify for a GLP1 for minimal weight loss. But HERS was the answer. Great jump start and extremely helpful. Overall support system they have is amazing.
