Lack of transparency
Lack of transparency. Shipments on the 6 month prepay supply is for 3 shipments...each shipment for 2 month supply... not indicated anywhere... Then HERS automatically set second shipment for next 2 month supply... a month early.... NOT GOOD since manufacturer expiration date on 2 month supply is only for 2 months.

Used the injectable GLP-1 for about 9…
Used the injectable GLP-1 for about 9 months in increasing doses. Lost 10 lbs at the beginning but don’t know if feeling nauseous with horrible heartburn was more the cause of the weight loss. Never lost more than the initial 10 lbs and decided to quit. Wouldn’t recommend this injectable as I feel it was a big waste of money to lose so little weight and just generally feel crappy for 9 months

Mixed Emotions …
I gave three stars because I’m going into my sixth week and have only lost 10 pounds. Since Thursday I have lost nothing. The Care team has been terrific and timely with their responses and suggestions. I have expected more weight loss from the product over six weeks. I will keep at it, but I’m not sure for how long.

Everything is going well

I need guidance
Positive:It was easy to get meds. Negative: I've spoken to no one. I'm not really losing much weight. 2nd batch of drugs have arrived and I haven't used the entire 1st container of the first 3 container set.
