Where is your Care Team???
Signed up by taking the quiz and was expecting to be able to actually TALK with a provider. Instead, they automatically "approved" me and then charged my credit card for the prescription. They asked no questions about the medications and supplements I am currently taking. How is that safe and good medical care?! Their "care team" is a joke. It says average of 4 hours for a response. I am at 24 hours now with no response. How is this going to work if I actually start this medication and have an adverse response or allergic reaction?? I won't be able to get help! Seriously thinking this is a SCAM.
