I was given an rx without some key medical considerations you do not mention until you receive the rx. I was told you would switch me over the the spay as I could not take the pill, for no charge. You charged me. Messages are not read, or you have to many different people reading and they don't follow through.

Terrible company. Quickly prescribed me a medication that shipped before I had time to look into it. When the medication arrived, I read the online guide before opening it. I saw that some of the side effects were serious, and that they might pertain to me given my family history. I didn't open the box and immediately contacted them. The upshot was that they did nothing to help me (even though this was a medically related issue). They refused to issue any refund, even though I said I could return the box unopened to show that I wasn't trying to get away with not paying for something. I tried several times to reason with them, and just got boilerplate language as a brushoff. Don't bother. They don't care about your health, don't care about medication having serious consequences to you, and don't care about you losing money. Just don't bother. Update: I received the reply below after I posted here, posted on another review site, and submitted a complaint with the BBB. Yes, they resolved the issue finally. But I should not have to do all of those things to get attention on the matter. I should have been able to resolve this via their customer service center, which refused to help over and over again. If you have to launch a public complaint to get help, it's not help, it's PR.

Really fast and thoughtful responses to my questions, even late at night on a weekend; that probably the biggest thing. My orders come reliably on time, too. I've already recommended a friend.

I got my first order delivered on the 24th of January. My second order was delivered on March 5th. That means I was without pills for over a week which defeats the purpose of having a monthly subscription. If the next month’s delivery goes the same way I’ll cancel my subscription as delivery is not timely for renewals
