I signed up for hers in an effort to lose weight. I paid a lot for topiramate and metformin combo, which caused some cognitive side-effects for me. When I expressed that the topiramate was making me moody and the metformin wasn’t really curbing my appetite, the Dr who responded was dismissive and told me to wait a couple months. I found this response to be highly inappropriate, and I couldn’t find any recourse in reporting this Dr or requesting a different one. I’m honestly considering quitting the hers program entirely and going back to willow. At least I actually lost weight with willow and the doctors were professional and considerate of my needs.
