You will only find high ratings for this brow and lash serum on their page. But beware. The return policy is a hassle. The advertising regarding the return policy is also not transparent. After waiting a month for my lashes to show growth, I decided to pursue a return. However, it is then that I realized that I did not take a before picture with an "imprinted date and time" on it. Really? Next time I am in the market for such a product, I will turn to Ulta or Sephora who back every product they sell 100% with no questions and asked and no pictures.

My experience with ForChics has been nothing but amazing. I have used the eyebrow serum and it has worked wonders. I had plucked my eyebrows too much in middle school and could never regrow them properly. But with the eyebrow serum, it has helped me grow them back.

The brow product was horrible, it was defective. I followed the directions but the brow product started to smell badly. I contacted them and they offered a replacement but why would I want another serum that is going to do the same thing. This goes near your eye, no thanks. They refused to refund me stating it was past the 30 days. I had not been using for 30 days due to pandemic but regardless, the product should not smell if you are putting it on a clean face each night and storing it properly. They then said they would send me a coupon for next purchase, again I won't purchase another thing from a company that doesn't do the right thing for its customers. I found other customers that experienced the same issue and shared this with them, but they already knew this because there were too many for them not to know; that is a product defect. I wish I would have seen those reviews prior to purchase but instead I only saw the ones they have on their site. When you are looking for a specific issue, you find the others. They still refused to refund. Horrible service. Waste of money. The company responded to my post two days ago stating the product may have been exposed to direct sunlight or left open. Neither of these situations occurred and I informed them at the time I contacted them of the issue, I take care of my product and followed the directions. The product was defective and they refused to address the defect by referring to their refund policy. Defective is defective and it is sad that they refuse to take care of this obvious issue. Poor customer service. I purchased the brow and lash serum and alrhough the lash serum didn't work, I wasn't asking them to refund both, just the defective brow serum. If a product is defective, as demonstrated by the same issue across multiple customers, a good company stands behind it and corrects the situation, which they have not and I will never be a customer again or recommend it to anyone unless they do the right thing and refund the purchase.

Wish I could give it a zero, this product put me in the hospital. Had a horrible reaction to it, woke up in the morning with a noticeably enlarged gland in my neck. It was so noticeable that my co-workers encouraged me to go to urgent care and the doctor ordered an MRI. Not knowing what caused this reaction at first, I stopped everything I did the night before. Attempted to use the tiniest bit of the serum a week later and sure enough, same reaction. I do NOT recommend this product to anyone. **EDIT 10/11** I emailed an official complaint for FORCHICS on Sept 26th, as of today, no reply. I did send another email after seeing the review reply here from FORCHICS. I will edit my review if there is a resolution.**

If you want beautiful and full brows and long natural lashes then get forchics NOW! I can not express it enough how incredible these products really are!! I have gone through so many eyebrow stages and have overplucked and have gone through the horrible stage were I had fo fill in my brows constently. No women wants to have to fill in or draw brows on! I have been using the brow and lash serum for a little over a month in a half and the results are shocking! I went from having sparse spots and thin brows to my goal of full and thick brows. My lashes are so long now I barley wear mascara when go out now. I feel so much more confident and am so happy I found this company. I will forever be a forchics customer!

After my first review they said me their representative is checking my case. It is actually wrong. Nobody contacted me after this. I haven’t got my refund yet. Stupidity wasting your money and believing to the good reviews of bought people

I have been using ForLash for about a year and a half. The results were amazing and I get all sorts of compliments. I decided to try ForBrow recently and I'm blown away by the results, my eyebrow haven't looked this good in about 20 plus years. I will always continue to use these products, they're amazing!

I really love my eyelash serum. It's been going for a while now since I bought it and my eyelashes so so long! They also seem thicker too, which I like since I have blonde eyelashes. I bought the duo and it came in the mail fairly quickly. My only complaint is that the eyebrow serum did not last super long and ran out quickly. Other than that I am super happy with my purchase!
