This stuff works. Be consistent and know it takes time for hair to grow. Latisse gave me dark circles around my eyes. This stuff did not and my sensitive eyes can handle this stuff. I will be a life time customer!

Absolutely terrible customer service. My product appeared damage. They refused to give me a refund or allow me to return it despite the 60 day trial and full refund. However, I was promised a gift card for $15 (I payed $35), but it still hasn't been given to me. I have emailed them multiple times since then with no response. This company is a total SCAM. They filter out the bad reviews on their website and most of the reviews are completely fake because no regular person would leave a video review. I have never had a worse experience with costumer service in my life.

I ordered a product 7 days ago and I still have not gotten any email update about delivery! I sent them an email to get an update and I get a response with an add to buy more! This is turning out to be more and more of a scam than anything else!

I ordered for eyebrow and eyelashes, just finish my first bottle, i was little nervous but it works well on my eyebrow and lashes (my lashes get longer but not full i don't know if i have to use more to make them full )😄😄😄

This eyebrow product has taken a while to start to work but now it's worked and my sparse eyebrows are now formed I dont need horrible pencils anymore to fill them in I've just brought a second lot I also use the eyelash serum and wow my lashes are lonnnggg I love them
