The store in Eldersburg has really stepped up their game. They are now stocking so many different items.. The store is organized and clean.. I want to give a shoutout to Myra, she is so nice, professional and helpful…

I can't understand why the regular checkouts are food lion are giving way to self check out even when you have a full buggy of food? This morning not one regular checkout register was open so I went to the self checkout section with a full buggy, not just 8 or 10 items.. Two employees not 15 feet away stood with their arms crossed talking to each other watched as me and 3 or 4 other customers did food lion employees ' jobs of checking out groceries, then bagging them up while those two employees looked like they were having a fun day at the park!. Why is this? Why are customers doing their job? What genius in management allows this? I know they are there to help if you ask for it but they ignore you otherwise, while getting paid right along.Oh well at least the local Ingles still appreciates their customers! So I'm off to ingles from now on even though it's a longer trip for me.

I wanna know why your food Lion brand water all of a sudden have water bubbles stuck to the bottle after drinking it ?? I've have been drinking this food Lion brand for over 15, years, all of a sudden it had water bubbles stuck on the inside of the bottles??

I have been shopping at Food Lion for awhile. The last few visits I bought work chops. They were slimy, wouldn't cook properly tasted aweful. I will not buy pork from them again.

For over a month when I buy beer it always spews out on opening. Frozen $7.99 Edwards Frozen pies have been thawed and refrozen ruining the pies. Chicken breasts are old and tough. I believe they do not know how to properly handle food. I believe they won't stop screwing up until they kill someone.

Hope f.l.likes the four cents they just stole from me. It will be the last time I shop there.

I’ve been shopping at the Boone NC Foodlion for over 40 years. I have noticed over the past few years or so that they have slowly closed out on so many good and decent-mostly organic products. The only organic dairy is stoneyfield yogurt, butter &some milk. They use to carry lots of organic cheeses, block cream cheese shredded cheese etc. but no more. I have been buying less and less from Foodlion Today I shopped & went to check out only to find there are no Human cashiers only self check out. I refuse to use and/or support self check outs. So I left my groceries and walked out and will not be back. They have lost all my business!

Not a pleasant store. The packaged food is fine. Many products don't have the sale prices labeled so it can be confusing. So keep track of what you should be paying because you might find yourself arguing at the register. Also, I'm not going to attest to the safety of the store. I was smacked across the face (for doing nothing) by a crazy customer, and the night manager didn't call the police or have any interest. I had to do it when I got home. Hmmm
