I have been shopping at Food Lion for awhile. The last few visits I bought work chops. They were slimy, wouldn't cook properly tasted aweful. I will not buy pork from them again.

I really really hate being asked to bring food once they see what you're buying it's soooooo disturbing and it's always happening.

Rotisserie chicken is ALWAYS OVERCOOKED! It should be golden brown an juicy. Yours is ALWAYS dark brown/black n dry. I'll c if changes have been made in a couple of months. If not, I'll stay with Walmart (that's right...properly cooked) n Publix

For the most part I like this store (Eastern Shore of Virginia locations). However, the online shopping experience needs a lot of work. Mostly I think they need to train their picker staff and 3rd party delivery servers better. There is always a problem - the picking staff does not seem to understand anything about how you pick quality produce. This is a teachable skill - train your staff. Also, if an item is a buy 1 get 1 or buy 2 get 1 free the staff should be aware of these specials and make sure those items are included in the online order. Both these problems originate in the store with Food Lion staff - again train your staff. 3rd party delivery - In the ordering process there is a comment section on delivery instructions - Please train your staff to read and follow these instructions!

I come to this location on regular because it close near where I work . Today I parked near the door only because I had a asthma attack prior . It was a employer that was so rude instead of asking me why I was parked she made all kind of gestures and I even ask her a question and she ignored me . This was beyond rude . It disturb me so bad I spoke to the assistant manager I should had gotten her name because if it was not for her this could had went another way . Shout out to the assistant manager for being very professional but most of all concerned about me . Food lion this person makes your company looks bad because I am telling you she was extremely rude. Than as I finished talking to the assistant manager when I walked pass the employee that I had the issue with she knew I was telling the assistant manager about her . As I walk past her she sarcastically laughed. Its sad because my health was at risk I have a handicap sticker but the asthma attack was so bad I had to pull over where I did at the time . She was attending too the trash cans as I said I come here frequently but I was not in her way at all so I have no idea why she was acting the way she was . We live in a world human courtesy is lacking . Everyone is going thru something or another but to bring your anger or treat paying customers the way she treated me should be not tolerated and I am sure not Food Lions code of Ethics

By making it a bit easier to shop on the app, I love shopping at foodlion, but I try shopping on the app and it gives me problems. And if you can maybe have the shelves full, lots of people moving to Delaware. Again I love shopping at foodlion, I know where everything is, everyone's very helpful, I will always shop Smyrna foodlion. ☺️.

The produce is always fresh. And the cashiers are usually friendly. There just isn't enough of them at registers. And the prices are too high.
