I have been to all the food lions in Sanford NC, I have lived here for over 20 years. I am not from here but Shemika at Store 1349 left a great impression on me, not only is she friendly but I have never, ever, seen a manager come out here and pull carts. I thought that was amazing. Thank you for Shemika 🙂

Everything closed, the lottery machine, customer service stay this way in the morning. Management running around yelling for help make your blood pressure go up.

Please Food Lion do not use Door Dash for delivery. They lost my order, and you could not even provide the phone number to call. Please at least have this lousy outfit's phone number at hand for your valued customers. Thanks for the refund after an hour on the phone to get there but what I wanted was groceries.

WEBSITE AND APP STILL DOWN! Like what kind of maintenance could a company possibly be doing for the site and app to still be down!!? And I guarantee absolutely nothing will be any different...maybe the graphics at most. We can't even clip coupons to save anything, which I'm sure they dont care because they're not losing money..they get to cause a disturbance and an inconvenience and all the customers are told just "be patient"...come onnnnn now...This is just horrible and nothing will even be done to make it right...so many missed coupon opportunities for customers when the store supposedly prides themselves on saving CUSTOMERS money. Makes no sense whatsoever...and mind you, this is thee ONLY grocery store we have in our town now...I hate they closed Kjs..thats where i would have been fs. smh...Food lion....so lame.

My husband and I shoo the Pelzer SC location on a weekly basis, sometimes multiple times a week. We also have to use self checkout because they never have registers open when we are there. We spend over $800 monthly. We have finally had enough of the standing over us watching us like we are going to steal. If the store is so scared we are going to steal, open up registers and do your job, instead of eye balling us, while we are doing your job. There is only one person that doesn't watch us, but the last time we were there, someone called him on his walkie and told him to stand and watch us. We have never given any reason to make anyone there think we are thieves. We have decided to start shopping Publix . They are friendlier, cleaner, produce is 1000 times better and they have opened registers even at open. We spend a little more and drive farther, but well worth it. The company needs to do better, because so many people are fed up with slackness, rudeness, and horrible produce and lack of product.

Food Lion in Madison, NC online grocery order checked my invoice after picking up my groceries I had clipped digital coupons whoever shopped for my items did not apply my digital coupons cost me like $12.00 xtra dollars. May not sound like much but I am disabled and it’s a lot to me. I called and they tell me I have to bring my phone in and come down there. Duh I’m disabled. Crazy

The Fort Mill Store has very experienced and helpful staff. You always get a smile from them. The cashiers, especially Lori, learn your name and ask about your day. Prices are great. There isn't the biggest selections and if it doesn't sell well, you may not see it again. If you want selection, pay extra and go to Harris Teeter. They have all of the basics and I rarely have to shop elsewhere. It is a true neighborhood grocery store
