We’ve reviewed your order placed on Thursday, July 10th, and according to DHL, it was delivered on July 15th. Please note that our 2-Day Express service refers to transit time after the order has been processed and shipped. It does not include weekends, order preparation, or cutoff times. Processing typically requires up to one business day. Additionally, orders are not shipped from Hungary. DHL may route shipments through different countries depending on the final delivery destination, which can sometimes cause confusion when tracking packages.
