Ho utilizzato il prodotto minoxidil 5 ml basso contenuto alcool con dei buoni risultati, per circa nove mesi. Non era garantito ma per me ha funzionato bene sul vertex. (non funziona sulla zona frontale!) Successivamente , visto che il prodotto UNGE I CAPELLI, ho ridotto l'applicazione a una sola al giorno con la conseguente perdita dei risultati. Non funziona con una sola applicazione al giorno! C'è stato un malinteso, mi sono trovato con una spedizione automatica, impossibile da accedere e cancellare questa specie di abbonamento. Vi sconsiglio di fare qualsiasi tipo di fornitura in abbonamento perché non la potete gestire, non c'è un link valido per accedere. Qualcuno dell'assistenza clienti è intervenuto e ha rimosso questo abbonamento pertanto devo fare complimenti al servizio di assistenza, valido. Ci sono delle persone vere, non il solito bot Ai. Vi consiglio di fare una prova di almeno tre/sei mesi con questo prodotto, per me ha funzionato, più che soddisfacente.

Product hasnt arrived yet and no one from customer service will reply to help. Close to a month now and its not updating, I csnt contact ups either. Update - they gave me another email to contact but wont reply to me on that one either. Final update - finally got in contact, refunded me and said I can keep the missing shipment if it shows which it did which is nice. Now to try product!

Egyenlőre 2 hete használom nem tudok túl sokat mondani róla viszont 2 negatívumot észrevettem az az hogy a fúvóka képes beragadni és a hab állaga helyett folyékony folyadékot nyom a fejemre ami szétfolyik mindenhova a másik hogy rettentően nagy habot tud fújni máskor meg nagyon keveset. Ezt minél előbb orvosolják mert 6 havi adag habot rendeltem magamnak és ez kb 2 hónapra lesz elég😣

A hab állagát és adagolását befolyásolhatja a termék hőmérséklete, ezért javasoljuk, hogy használat előtt alaposan rázza fel a flakont, és szobahőmérsékleten tárolja a terméket. Fontos továbbá, hogy a habot a flakon függőleges helyzetben tartva adagolja. Ezek a flakonok nem nyomás alatt működnek, ezért a megfelelő habképződéshez szükséges az alapos felrázás és a függőleges használat. Mivel ez nem a megszokott működés, kérjük, vegye fel velünk a kapcsolatot az [email protected] címen, és adja meg teljes nevét valamint rendelési számát, hogy kivizsgálhassuk az esetet. Product arrived promptly and efficiently. I purchased the foam but all of the bottles have turned to liquid, making it near-on impossible to apply. The bottles never went above room temperature so am unsure as to why it happened. Foligain did quickly refund these bottles but am unsure as to whether any future purchases will do the same?

While the foam can sometimes change consistency due to temperature fluctuations during transit or storage, even when not obvious, it should still remain easy to apply under normal conditions. We’re happy we were able to resolve this quickly with a refund. Please rest assured that we stand behind all of our products, and if anything like this happens again, we will always make it right. For future use, here are some important pump instructions that can help ensure proper dispensing: IMPORTANT PUMP INSTRUCTIONS: Shake well before each use to help ensure consistent foam dispensing. This product is packaged in a nonpressurized air pump bottle. Before first use, prime the pump by pressing it several times until foam dispenses. Always hold the bottle straight upright when pumping. Do not pump at an angle or upside down. Press the pump firmly and fully each time. As the bottle gets low, a few extra pumps may be needed to re prime the dispenser. If foam does not dispense properly, gently tap the base of the bottle on a flat surface, keep the bottle upright, and pump again. Do not open, puncture, or disassemble the bottle. If you’d be open to it, we’d be glad to send you a replacement or recommend alternative formats that may better suit your needs.
