I received my item within three days ... it would have been two days had it not been a holiday. The item came very well packaged new in the sealed box and in perfect condition and works perfectly. Each time I called the customer service was courteous professional and helpful and answered all my questions about the product i ordered. Great deal ... great product ... excellent customer service. I would highly recommend ordering from them and im sure i will be again in the future.

Order a Camera Bundle for an EOS 80D, received mostly everything but the most important item the camera. Now that I have, I have made some research online it seems like FC is used to doing this to customer, so either you guys are scamming people or Im not sure. I have been talking to this young man who has been nice, yet has made me feel like its my fault . the first thing I was told last friday when I called was please send photos of everything. I did that right away. Now I keep being told you need 24 hours then you need another 24-40 hours again. Then I keep being told the camera was in the box??? When it wasn't , not to mention the bag had some defects and also there was an item that was switch with another item which I chose not to make a big deal about it. At first I just wanted my camera sent, but since I started to see that you guys didnt not want to really help a customer (rule #1 the customer is always right) I decided that I no longer wanted to continue my business with FC. Instead I just want to resolves this and would like a shipping label so I can send back the few items I receive. If my card gets charge I will take legal action against your company because it seems like this has been done to a lot of customers lately . I need this matter resolved as soon as possible. It shouldn't take more than a week to figure out what happen to a camera that wasn't shipped to my home, either you guys sent the wrong box, forgot to put the item inside the box, or I would hate to accused someone of stealing and scamming me for $949.00, which is pretty pathetic & sad. God knows all things. Just be aware when ordering from FC..what a disturbing experience.. This has never happen :(

Bought TV from them thru Amazon. Arrived with Screen damage. Failed to provide return label despite many contacts. These guys are bad, very bad. No resolution in over 6 weeks......

They sent me a damaged piano, a big disappointment

I ordered my item and didn't receive it.. Have sent them a number of emails but no reply.. They didn't send any notification only to check thee website and saw the item was delivered.. Upto now they have not solved my issue

I purchased an Oreck ProShield Plus Air Purifier on May 20, 2020 from Focus Camera. Since receiving the product I have had various mechanical problems. The most recent issue—-the purifier cuts off every 30 seconds or so. I called Oreck and was instructed to take it to an Oreck service center which was an hour and 15 minutes from my home. When I arrived I was told that Focus Camera was not a certified Oreck retailer, and therefore, they could not do any warranty repairs. I was told I would be responsible for the $150 fix. I was also told that the purifier was refurbished rather than new——something that was not mentioned on the Focus Camera website. I have since contacted Focus Camera and was informed that they have no responsibility 30 days past the purchase date. Completely unacceptable!

Placed an order last night. A pop up immediately told me there was a "processing issue" so my order will not be processed. However, my bank account reflects that you took the full amount out of my bank immediately. Im getting no response from your customer service.

Bought two tower speakers and they were on back order. It took 1 month to get the first speaker and almost 4 months to get the second one. I called customer about 2 times a month for more information. Every time they said the did not know when the speaker would, but would email me more details. I never got an email even after being told that at least 5 times. Do not shop at focus camera they have really poor customer service!
