I would rate this 0 if I could. They ripped me off and gave me the run around for almost 2 months and acted like it was my fault. I bought a pair of headphones online, and then received a package that did not include the headphones or anything similar. I instantly got in contact with them letting them know the issue, and eventually after several weeks of back and forth they had me send the package back. From then on they refused to refund me because I did not return the item I purchased, but it was made clear several times that I never possessed the item I purchased at any point. So now I neither have the headphones nor the hundreds of dollars I spent. They are a scam. Avoid them.

A történetem a következő 2026 áprilisában vásároltam egy jbl fülest aminek az akkumulátora első pillanattól fogva nem volt a legjobb. Felhívtam őket hogy a termék hibás augusztus 17-én azt mondta az úriember hogy küldjem vissza nekik mert nem tud futár autót küldeni így ünnepek előtt adjam fel postán Fel is adtam meg aznap ..... Azt hozzá kell tennem hogy előtte se e-mailre se facebook messenger üzenetre nem reagáltak. Közben eltelt több mint egy hónap csak hitegedtek hogy vissza utalják a pénzemet. Sajnos csak többszöri telefonhívásra utalták vissza a termék árát és a postaköltség egy részét. Senkinek nem ajánlom hogy onnan vásároljon mérhetetlenül lekezelően beszélnek az emberrel. Egy példa miért hívogatom őket 17000 forintért 😂

Do not buy camera lenses from this place. Unfortunately, item was damaged. Box was scuffed and had looked like it had been used or returned multiple times although I specifically purchased full price **brand new.** Not good.

I ordered an open-box camera online from Focus Camera. For days after placing the order, the item was still not shipped. It was until I reached out by email, then they told me that the item was unavailable. The item was labeled as “open-box”, shouldn’t that be in the store already?! If the item had been sold already, why did they still list it on the website? And why no one from the store let me know that it was not available, until I found it out on my own? The whole experience with Focus Camera was very disappointing, and it showed that their business was poorly managed and they certainly don’t care about their customers.

They shipped my item to the wrong address and refuse to refund, when I ask them to open a shipping investigation they say they're not liable and refuse to help, disconnecting the chat.

I bought a piece of photography equipment from Focus Camera through Amazon. Because it was a third party sale through Amazon, I asked the Amazon customer service rep to call Focus Camera to insure timely delivery. Timely delivery was confirmed. Focus Camera did not deliver the equipment on time. The classroom and theatre group did not receive the needed equipment. Personally, I think Focus Camera is dishonest (they told me they would delivery the item on time) and they simply have the worst customer service I have experienced. I would never buy from Focus Camera again. Truly disappointing .

Do not purchase from them. I bought a telescope that was $2500 as a Christmas gift. It arrived later than it was supposed to and then only one box of 2 was sent. When I called them they said the listing was incorrect and want me to return the item. Alternatively they offered me $100 credit to keep it. $100 doesn’t even cover the taxes. You want me to ask my gift recipient to return the item because of your mistake? Pretty shitty customer service. I don’t know why you don’t have a part that comes WITH the item from the manufacturer.

Return policy is not consumer friendly. I was shipped an incomplete order. Thought I was purchasing from bed bath and beyond and found out it was third party with completely different return policy after the fact. The old bait and switch. I will be canceling my bed bath and beyond membership.
