Disappointing Wall view with open Legs Flight
For my brother it was a 5/5 experience, but for me it was disappointing to have my half side blocked with a wall even I purchased 2 times the same ticket including free legs and shoe photo. I couldn’t even stick my foot out but actually payed 250$ extra for an open view with putting out legs/feet.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear that your brother enjoyed his experience, though we are very sorry to hear that your own seating experience did not meet expectations. We understand your frustration, especially after purchasing the same ticket type and specifically looking forward to the open-view “legs out” experience and shoe photo opportunity. Seating placement and visibility can vary depending on aircraft configuration, weight distribution, and FAA safety requirements on the day of the flight, but we certainly understand how disappointing it must have felt to have part of your view obstructed after paying for that type of experience. Your comments have been shared with our operations team for review, as we always want to ensure guests have the clearest possible understanding of seating expectations prior to departure. We truly appreciate your feedback and thank you again for flying with us.

Overall great experience and fantastic…
Overall great experience and fantastic views! I'd happily do it again and can recommend the 30min option to have sufficient time to take it all in. One star subtracted as - location is quite remote and you need to plan for at least 1h plus buffer to get there from Times square - in combination with 90mins on top for upfront wating and preparation even more time is consumed - check-in and prep was professionell but efficient to the point it felt bossy and unpersonal
